Method

    Dissolve the honey in the water and add the yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes

    Mix the water mixture and flour

    Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap
  4. 4.
    Let it rest in room temperature for 1 hour
  5. 5.
    Proof the dough in the fridge for 24 hours
