Sizzling Sisig

Sisig is "the best thing you could ever eat with a cold beer”. It is described to be sizzling, crispy, sticky, delicious bits of pork with many textures.

Sisig is "the best thing you could ever eat with a cold beer”. It is described to be sizzling, crispy, sticky, delicious bits of pork with many textures.

Method

  1. 1.
    Chop all the components
  2. 2.
    Make the pate by mixing/blending together the liver, lemon juice and soy sauce
  3. 3.
    Mix everything together like how you would prepare a salad
  4. 4.
    Serve on a sizzling hot cast iron
  5. 5.
    You can optionally add eggs, butter and more lemon juice
